The formula
Length × height × sides cleaned × $0.25.
- 150 ft × 6 ft, one side = 900 sq ft → $225
- 150 ft × 6 ft, both sides = 1,800 sq ft → $450
- 80 ft × 4 ft, one side = 320 sq ft → $80 (bundles under our minimum — see below)
Honest tip from the field: you often don't need both sides. The shaded side facing the trees carries most of the algae; the sunny side may just need a light rinse. We'll tell you which is which when we see it — we'd rather quote you less and earn the review.
Wood vs. Vinyl vs. Brick
- Wood: reduced pressure and detergents that kill the gray mildew without furring the grain. Essential prep before staining.
- Vinyl: soft wash — kills the green algae film and brings back the white. High pressure can scar vinyl; we don't use it.
- Brick & masonry walls: controlled pressure that cleans without eroding mortar joints.
